When people gets asked about what comes to their mind regarding METROSEXUAL MEN, here are some of the feedbacks we received from our research. We ask their opinions regarding Metrosexual Men and the feedbacks they gave are something for us to ponder and wonder about. You might notice our own very lecturer gave out his point of view about this topic. Yes, Mr. Robert himself. Enjoy the video!

There are plenty of answers, right? Even the Makcik Cleaner gave us her thoughts =). Well, some views are true, some are nonsense and some just have no idea at all. And what’s important is that a man categorizing themselves as metrosexuals is not a crime after all. If we look at the definition of metrosexual men which is quoted by Mr. Wikipedia; “Metrosexual is a neologism generally applied to heterosexual men with a strong concern for their appearance, or whose lifestyles display attributes stereotypically seen among gay men.” Well, we think that guys have the right to feel good about themselves, so why not dress to impress right? Especially girls like us, we have nothing against guys who wants to look handsome or neat. Most of us welcome this kind of trend. And now, if people are aware of the trend called INDIE and EMO styles, the guys are wearing nice and cool stuff. They even wear eye-liner which they call it guy-liner, and hey, don’t be surprise if they look much prettier (yes, PRETTY!) than us girls.

If the weather keeps changing, why not the people right? Sometimes people are just too narrow minded and always misunderstand with this kind of neologism called “metrosexual”. They are being labeled as gay people but the fact is, not all metrosexual men are gay! Hello…? Look at David Beckham for example, he is one of the “fathers” of metrosexuals today being labeled as metrosexual but rest assured that David Beckham is not gay at all. Look at Victoria Beckham, so what if she is skinny and had a breast transplant! She is married to David Beckham for god sake! And…yea, she is one lucky woman! Huhu this getting out of the subject.

If you noticed, there are even some lecturers here in Multimedia University have this trend of looking very good and nice. Well, names are not going to be mentioned here, but we as the students feel like it’s a good thing. When the lecturers have a good sense of fashion, it is a bonus for us the students! If you guys get what we mean? =D

Well, that is what we had to say about this topic of Metrosexual Men. It’s an individual choice of living. It’s nothing wrong of being conscious about ourselves. Let the people out there say anything about you, as long as you are who you are and being true to yourself is a satisfaction in life anyways.
